Shareholder positions may be requested at the Agencies of the Banco Itaú S.A..

They are issued exclusively:

•	to the shareholder himself, per presentation of certified copies of his RG and CPF, and an original proof of residence;
•	to a duly certified proxy, per presentation of the power of attorney and certified copies of the CPF, RG and an original proof of residence of the proxy.
	•	If you receive the information that you do not hold any shares to your name when you request your shareholder position, one of two facts occurred:
•	you already sold your shares or;
•	these are under custody of your stock broker.
