Livreiros Editores (B3: SLED4) informs its shareholders and the market in general that Mr. Luís Cláudio Correa Villani, Chief Information Officer (CIO), resigned from the Company on April 10, 2018. Mr. Villani worked at Saraiva for more than 3 years, largely contributing to the Company‘s restructuring process. The Company thanks Mr. Villani for its excellent work during the last years.
